Soffit

By adding soffit under your eves and, or, to your porch lids you advance a long way to making the exterior of your home maintenance FREE!

The best time to install soffit under your eves is when we are wrapping your fascia. Often this can be done at the same time and thereby reduce your costs versus having them done separately. You can have vented or solid soffit installed depending on what is needed.

When you are considering soffit be sure to look at the Invisivent Soffit which looks much like a solid soffit but it actually has more ventilation than the surface penetrated soffits. It therefore has a very appealing finish AND it is maintenance FREE!

Fascia Wrap

Fascia wrap is just like it sounds. It’s a metal product designed to make your fascia board maintenance free by wrapping it with metal. When you take into consideration that your painting days are over the cost is very reasonable. And . . . although white is the prominent color of choice, you can get it in a wide assortment of colors.

We have the Fascia we use made from one of two products. One is a PVC coil. This is a textured product giving your home a quality finished look. Our standard fascia wrap is fabricated with ribbing for added strength virtually eliminating “oil-canning” when properly installed.

The second material comes in a smooth finish which is also ribbed for added durability.

Fascia is usually in a 6” or 8” profile with a 1 ½” - 90 degree bend to protect your wood fascia board and eliminate on-going maintenance.

If you prefer we can add a second bend to wrap up behind the fascia board. The standard fascia is 6” or 8” but we can order and install it in any dimensions you need.
